Dr. Pu is board certified by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine, American Board of Radiology and American Board of Nuclear Cardiology. He is an editorial board member of Chinese Journal of Cancer Research. He is a reviewer for 14 international journals including Journal of Nuclear Medicine; European Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging; Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences; International Journal of Radiation Oncology, Biology, Physics; Academic Radiology; Medical Physics; Lung Cancer Management published by Future Medicine; and Cancer Control Journal: Journal of the Moffitt Cancer Center. He is also a reviewer for the Self- Assessment Module (SAM) for The American Board of Radiology and a member of the Nuclear Medicine Subcommittee of the RSNA Education Exhibits Committee. Recently, his research interests include the application of PET/CT in oncology, radionuclide cancer therapy and survival analysis in lung cancer. His current research projects include volumetric tumor staging with FDG PET, radionuclide therapy and computer aided diagnosis in nuclear medicine. Dr. Pu is the author or coauthor of more than 60 publications.
